Downloaded catalogs disappear
Loaded new app and downloaded catalogs and next day open up they are not there? US catalogs on iPad. This has happened many times.

It would help if there were instructions after the app is downloaded to select the country.
For me, USA, after which the selections to all the catalogs will show up for downloading.

In the initial bookshelf we do provide a quick start guide, which describes in detail how to switch to your country. To change the country settings tap on the „Change Country“-option in the lower left corner of the bookshelf view. The settings can be changed at any time.
App doesn't work!
I downloaded the app expecting to see a complete catalogue of available products. Nope! Nothing like that! Only thing I get is a 10 page booklet of how to use the app. No catalogue, no product pictures!

How can we access?
No Closet Accessories
I use an iPad and my iPhone in the field, and I have had repeated trouble using this catalog. I can not find any closet accessories, my main use for the catalog. When I search closet it brings nothing up and I can not find any of them in other headings. Also, it would be helpful if there was a separate deco hardware catalog to be downloaded without wifi access to flip through.

Not a very good application for US
The search is terrible. Try looking for 833.02.914 which is a dimmable magnetic driver and it takes you to three pages that do not have it.
Buggy like an ant hill
Can't download ANY catalogue to my iPad mini. Plenty of memory but still crashes the tablet!! WTF?? Please fix it. Thanks
Should be better
Great idea but extremely slow and your forever jumping from catalog to cart. It's not easy to even get a price on an item.

Well I think it used to work - last week. But now I can neither download nor open a catalogue, it just freezes! Please fix or update or tell me I've got something wrong!

The included catalogs are fantastic. It would be great to be able to download the kitchen & closet books!

Downloaded the app, but there doesn't seem to be any catalogues available as my bookshelf is empty???

Good idea, bad implementation
The idea of the app is fantastic but the implementation is poor. Features such as catalogue simply don't work, links are intermittent and navigation leaves much to be desired.
