Haier Ac services is very worst and very bad service
My ac is not working and i complain 11 august 2025 about this but technician visit my address and some parts outdoor unit is not working so technician say 4-5 days wait resolve this issues. but still 18 days go no any technician visit again this solve this problem I trouble this issues with haier. And Your services is very dirty and worst .i totally Disappointed with this problem

Non si capisce nulla su come fare varie impostazioni, ho ricevuto il codice di verifica che non si sa dove metterlo.. l’applicazione non è semplificata ma cose semplici non le fanno più?? Che me ne frega della temperatura esterna, mica vivo fuori!! Sono in casa e non riesco a mettere in funzione l’applicazione con i condizionatori.. non c’è modo di accoppiarsi.. che cagate che fanno tutti ormai..

What a mess
The smartair 2 app I was using to control my Haier aircon stopped working a couple of months ago after a "fix bugs" update and hasn't received a new yet. Decided to try this app and it works only with the WiFi add-on module... my Haier AC comes with WiFi built-in. What kind of madness is this?! One of their apps is stuck on the loading screen for months, the other doesn't even find the aircon. Never buying Haier again!

I bought a GE / Haier AC less than a year ago. It found out that it is broken and for more than 1 month Haier team can’t repair it.
