Need to change network settings but can’t
Why does the Haiku connect have “options” that physically prevent me from signing in to update network settings after purchasing a new router? The support option available in this blockade had no info on the topic AT ALL. Something like that should be readily available. SUPPORT is not magazine articles about lifestyles. This app worked as advertised during initial setup but for updates guess you’re on your own eh?

Bad connection experience
Received this as a Christmas gift. Went to install. Install screen won’t scale properly to the phone so (1/4 of screen is the “options” button which obscures everything. After multiple attempts to navigate by memory and connect to Wi-got, giving up and contacting customer support.
