If their customer service was as good as the app

when I first started using the app I was so impressed with the results I went to the pro plan so my video clips would not have the watermark. I was still getting the watermark. I used the contact form on their website twice and wrote to billing twice in a week. No response I asked for a refund. No response I went to my credit card company to dispute the charge. I really wish that I had been responded to as I would've given this a five star review if it weren't for the customer service.

Do Not Spend $$$ on Credits

I used to be able to use this app freely. Credits became needed. As soon as i purchased $20 worth of credits i was unable to generate videos. Literally, right after the purchase my videos are now stuck “in queue”. The support email does NOT work. The chat is to discord with over 20k members. Dont buy.

WAS easy to use, good results - NO LONGER APPLICABLE

I HAVE NO OPTION OTHER THAN TO CHANGE MY PREVIOUS 5 STAR REVIEW TO 1 STAR - I USED TO ENJOY MAKING 5 FREE VIDEOS PER DAY, BUT CANNOT DO THIS ANYMORE - I KEEP GETTING THE MESSAGE THAT I HAVE INSUFFICIENT FUNDS TO DO THEM - HAS THE FREE OPTION BEEN REMOVED? - I AM UNABLE TO CONTACT THE DEVELOPERS TO GET THE ANSWER.
MY PREVIOUS REVIEW WAS AS FOLLOWS:
This animating app is still in development and the results are generally good so worth trying, especially since it is free. Be aware that it currently restricts users to 5 prompts/renders per day and 2, 4 and 8s long videos with the possibility of extending videos in 2s increments. There is also the possibility of enhancing the video quality. I’m looking forward to seeing what more the developers have in store to enhance the app further.
Note: the developers also have an online version.

Extremely Disappointed

I respect your business decision but I am personally disappointed that you made the Haiper 1.5 video generation no longer free after a few uses. It would be nice if you brought the free version back(Haiper 1.5)but made the user watch an ad for just the free version.

Great Product

Overall fantastic, real enjoy creating videos with Haiper but the app has been working correctly for two weeks

Little to no use

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I feel as though there’s hardly any use for this app, I used my 5 free creations and there’s no way for me to pay for more or subscribe. The creations that I did make were awesome, Just what I wanted, and very fun! If the app had a way for me to make more creations than just 5 per day, I would really enjoy it. But as it is right now I have little to no use for this app. Please do add a payment option or some way for us to get more use!

Dont add an payment feature or suscription feature, if you gonna do that add one time payment , please if you add suscription mode you gonna ruin the app

Outstandingly Fantastic App - The Best

I felt somewhat compelled to come back and leave another 5 star review as this app just keeps getting better and better. It’s the gift that keeps on giving. The recent updates are incredible and I pay for a monthly subscription that is worth every penny. If you’re struggling to find a decent text to video app, if you’re worried about paying out money only to be inevitably disappointed, then please give this beauty a chance. You can download and try it for free, no nasty hidden clauses which leave you unknowingly parting with your money, you can use it for free as long as you want and then decide which subscription to pay for if you want to. This app knocks the pants and socks off Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Dall - E and the rest… It’s just mind blowingly incredible and I am probably unashamedly addicted to it, but my goodness me, it produces the most incredible and stunningly beautiful results.

Um I just downloaded this app an I love it because it is hyper realistic but can you please make the videos 10 seconds longer because I just don’t like how it’s only 4 seconds long

It’s a great app(needs minor improvements with the loading screen)

This is an amazing app the only thing that needs improvement is sometimes after the gif gets created it gets stuck on a loading screen and it doesn’t load but most of the time it works and the results are amazing

Predatory business practice

The app and service have been great, so I paid for a premium membership only to find out they took features away and now want to charge us extra for coins. Pure greed, way to screw a good thing up!
