Please fix this bug
So I downloaded the app and I got very excited because the other haircare apps I tried didn't work, and I'm sad to say this was no different. I was supposed to get a hair routine, but instead i was just waiting and waiting for it to load, and it never did. I would love to use this app once this bug is fixed.

Glitchy and Doesn’t Work
This app is extremely glitchy and doesn't work for me. Every time I open it, in the middle of the page, it says, “The Hair Routine is working its magic,” it has a spinning wheel and never loads to show me what today's mask is. It won't let me confirm that I did a mask, so the days never progress. When I reach the end of the cycle, I have to create a new one manually. This has been happening for over a year. I keep hoping an update will fix it, but they never do, and I've tried deleting and redownloading the app. Also, I just tried to leave a comment within the app, but the are you a robot thing didn't work, and I couldn’t submit my comment. On a side note, the nurture mask is difficult; it does nice things to my hair but is so thin and watery that it's difficult to use.

Bugs need to be fixed
I previously loved this app. It was so helpful with creating a custom plan to support healthy strong hair. However recently I haven’t been able to update my hair routine or alter my hair profile, specifically under hair concerns. I’ve tried troubleshooting some of my issues but haven’t been able to find a solution. I loved using this app to keep me on a consistent schedule but with the current bugs it unusable for me. I hope they can figure out what is going on.

I never leave reviews on apps but this app is amazing! I’ve been using The Hair Routine for a couple years and often find it hard to remember my schedule and difficult to set reminders in my phone since the hair routine schedule can differ so much. This is exactly what I’ve been waiting for!
