My hair has been the same every time I scan it but today when I scanned my hair it looked the same but the ratings were bad and they changed everytime I scanned it

This app I got full head of hair plus get my hair thinned out go to dermatologist got no signs of recession but sometimes it says I got thinning which I do not this not professional accurate tool for hair I tested it out with same pictures different results each time very not satisfied just trying to sell products !
