Sound doesn’t work.
I downloaded the app and it worked fine the first time I used it. It no longer works. It will open, but there is no sound.

You must hear the sound, but you are saying not hearing, please check Apple support address below and change your device settings (sound) https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203794. And you can press to Up Volume Button for the hear sound. Thanks for your feedback.
