Frustrated

I have tied for almost an hour to get this ap to pull up my photo lybrary or let me take a new photo but it won’t. And it give no instructions how to do it it does little good to use this ap if I can’t put my face behind the hair styles to see how it will look on my round full face which is nothing like the blonds face. I even tried to get a ai to help and that didn’t work either.
