I like that you can purchase credits as opposed to something monthly or yearly. I wish they had more style options though.

Says to upload a photo and then choose a style and you’ll get an instant view of it BUT you have to pay almost $20 🙄

No trial, no test. Just upload your photo and then it’ll ask you to pay as it blurs your photo.
Error message
This app does not work, an error message occurred several times while attempting to generate look. Ultimately it appears you have to pay for it as well to view.

I gave it one star because you can’t get anything free anymore! And they want your first born for one week! Ridiculous
Took my money no credits
I purchased 3000 credits twice and money was taken but I never received any of the credits. There is no way to contact them to try and get it resolved. Do better with your customer service!

Your credits were purchased but a delivery bug kept them from showing up — email info@hbro-studio.com with your username or Apple receipt and we'll restore the two packs you paid for right away. The app doesn’t load photos takes your coins without doing what you use the coins for
No customer support
I just purchased extra credits but they aren't showing up in the account. There is also no place to contact customer support when you run into an issue like this.
It's very disappointing as PayPal disputes are rarely succussesful, involve freezing accounts, etc. I'm hoping either the charges don't pull through or to see the diamonds show up. Leaving this review is the only way I know how to contact the company.

When it works
It doesn’t always work and when it doesn’t and you get an error message it still charges you for the service that it didn’t provide. In my case, it was the face analysis. I tried several times with different photos. It never worked and each time, I lost 100 credits and was told to try again later.
Waste of time
Despite choosing a specific hair style and colour, the result came with something completely different. Takes ages to load as well

I purchased 3000 for $14.99. The app indicated that my purchase was successful. I did not receive my credits. No info on contacting app support. Not able to grt a refund.

No way to contact Customer Service
The face analyzing doesn’t work. There’s no way to contact customer service so you can’t get refunded your diamonds. Keep that in mind when you use this app.

Total scam, not free at all
One you do all the work of downloading the app, taking the photo, selecting a hairstyle and color, then you find out you have to pay to see the picture. You have to pay for gems which you can use to try on different styles. It’s only free to set up, total scam
Analysis face feature
I was so excited for the face analysis option. I tried and it took my money but didn’t do anything. I tried this twice with the same result. There is not way to reverse the purchase.
