Great education app just needs a little work
The education is great, and layout isn’t bad. The only reason I give it a three star is because the app is really slow, and if you pause a video it will not play again you have to exit the app completely.
BEWARE Bad Business Practices
Make sure you add to your calendar to cancel membership before your renewal date it. I was auto renewed after paying for the year subscription, sent an email the day of for a refund and was denied. Of course it’s in their terms but who is going to remember a year after they subscribed when that date is. So slimy.

This site is down more than it is up. Videos don’t load, can’t access anything. Save your money.

Great app when it works
I love hair in motion, and would love to give it 5 stars, but the videos hardly ever load and freeze on me all time. It worked great when I first subscribed, but now I can never get a video to load without it buffering or freezing.
A must if you want to be the best you can be
This app has everything! You even get discounts from scissor company and wholesalers.

This app is exceptional! very easy to navigate and the tutorials are at a extremely professional level visually. Not only does it have hundreds of Liv model haircutting tutorials varying with all different lengths, hair textures and styles it also has a mannequin head series. so you get best of both worlds depending on what you prefer.
There are bonus features within the app like Podcasts, live streams, digital lectures and in person education events you can book and attend

Really well put together, easy to follow videos. I’ve been leaning into editorial cuts more recently and the cuts presented really spoke to me. They have a wide selection to help all learning needs and abilities.

After having 1-1 eduction with Charlie myself I had to get the app to watch him and his ambassadors at work. There are so many cuts to get through which makes it super value for money. I wish I had this when I was training. 10/10 from the lads at Studio sixty 🤍
The best hair education app I’ve used to date
So easy to use! Very intuitive, loads quickly and way easier than logging into the desktop version. Would absolutely recommend. All the tutorials are in depth and full of value for every level of cutting experience.

I was a member before the app and now it makes everything so much easier the education that you get from hair in motion and access you have is amazing. Anyone either starting out or if you’ve been in the industry there’s something for everyone!
Great app
I used the circle to level up my game after I felt I stagnated in my knowledge. It worked a treat. With the amount of variety in the cuts on the app, you can pick and choose to improve on specific things you are struggling with. For me it was mid-length cuts. I’d recommend this to anyone, experienced or not!

Best Hair Education Platform
As someone who has taken classes from Hair in Motion and Charlie Gray in person, I can confidently say he is the same in every video as he is in person. Each haircut is incredibly detailed and thorough. I’ll be thinking a question and while I’m thinking about it he answers it. It happens with every video it’s actually crazy how he does it. He invites other educators from all over the world to do content and shoots for the platform so you always have a diverse selection to choose from. He takes so much time to make sure the content is presented in the most aesthetic way possible. I love that each video is just about the haircut, there’s nothing going on in the background it’s just straight to the point haircutting. His mentality towards the entire platform is something I’ve never seen in any other education. If you’re looking to better your haircutting techniques and be the best stylist/barber for your clients you’ll be doing yourself a favor using this platform to do so.
