What exactly warrants $20 PER YEAR? Not a one time fee but PER YEAR. Ridiculous.

I wanted to like it!

It’s my first time today downloading this app. It glitches so much. There’s so much to fix. While typing the words or the same cookie as the background. Please fix I need an app like this for my hair. Really trying to get it back on track.

Great app

I love all the details that gives you ideas on how to care for you hair. There’s a lot to do I know because I to am doing a hair journey on my own. I just found this and thought I would take a look at it. As with everything somethings need to be user friendly so if you can fix it you will get more out of it. Good job overall.

Great Idea but Not Operable

This app is nice for logging your hair journals, but when you click to view your picture, the app freezes and does not let you view saved photos. That is alarming and makes me hesitant to keep important milestones in this app.

Great App Idea!

I love the simplicity off the app, I like the fact that it has educational blogs, And I’m looking forward to see what products are going to be on the shop. I like that you can post multiple pictures of your hair and the products used for that day.

I think i would be nice to see others members progress and pictures and products that work well for them but it’s kind of like a personal hair journey app sooooo I don’t know, just a thought, But I love the whole idea behind the app itself.

Important for healthy hair

This app will help you keep track of your hair care! I tried it for 1 week and I can always remember what are my hair care plans! Also if you keep track of that then you will know what works for your hair better! We really need tools like this app to help us taking care of our hair!

I Want to Love it But…

Just downloaded the app as it seemed to perfectly match what I’m looking for but almost immediately I run into issues. Namely, I can’t save any activities in my routine. Nothing I tried has worked. I really like this app but if this can’t be resolved I’ll have to cancel my trial and delete the app. HELP!!

I love this haircare journal!

I discovered this app through Instagram and ever since I started using it I’ve loved every second of it! You can save/schedule your wash days and hair treatments, anything you want really! It’s awesome and I HIGHLY recommend 💜

Very very helpful

If your on a healthy hair journey the tresslog app is very beneficial! You have access to everything in one app from hair products, hair tools, and informative blogs on hair care. It’s great for someone just starting out on a hair journey and great for someone who is also trying to keep track of daily activities. It’s great for organization and to have all your hair journey information in one spot. The app is very user friendly as well!

Don’t Waste Your Time

What a waste. So many similar apps and this one decides it’s a good idea to charge a subscription fee to utilize ANY of its features. I’m not paying so in the trash it goes.

Amazing app, great tracking, great and fast customer service.

Best app I’ve used for logging my daily hair journal. You can also add in the products you use which is EXTREMELY helpful. As well as access to the informative blog I just love it!

Fair

I agree with the previous customer I am also having trouble with the two other buttons. I don’t like the fact I cannot expand the picture with out the edit box popping up. The app is boring needs more to it. I wanted this for my hair journey but I’ll be deleting tonight.

Needs updates

This app is pretty good for logging your entries, but I have a few criticisms:
1. There are three icons at the bottom of the screen, side by side. Only the middle one actually works for me.
2. When typing entries, the text box doesn’t expand and it is difficult to see everything.
3. It only lets you add one picture and sometimes I like to have pictures of my hair from different angles.
4. I think the left icon is supposed to do this, but it doesn’t work. There is no way to see all of your logs without editing each one individually. This is kind of off putting and led to me deleting this app. It would be nice to see everything all together to see my overall progress.
This app has a great overall idea, but it needs improvements in software and design. It has a lot of potential though.
