Needs updated

I was really excited to try out this app. I’ve been wanting to grow my hair out for a while . The concept behind it is amazing but, The app doesn’t load at all after my first analysis. It also keeps saying my hair type is A1. I came out the womb with curly hair, my hair has never been straight . There needs to be many big fixes .

App doesn’t work…

The concept is cool, wish I could’ve fully used it. I downloaded the app and selected the 3 day trial and was on the loading screen for 15+ minutes…waste of time

disappointed

i was very excited to try this app out! the concept is very unique and i would have loved to try it out and begin my natural hair journey. my only issue is this app is not free. although you can download it free of charge, to get any actual information you have to sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription. i just wish the price wasn’t a shock.
