Terrible UI AFTER you subsrcibe

Did everything, paid to get the result and then afterwards the UI was terrible!
Screens with no back buttons or way to back too. Only one set of results, no option, and then when you get back in the app you’re forced into another questionnaire trying to put you into a care program. Terrible experience. I want my money back.
