Please reach out to our support team at hi@hairu.app with the email addresses and refund the duplicate payment, and take a look at why your generations failed. Les rendus sont médiocres, ça bug sans arrêt, ça lag, et on perd un temps fou pour un résultat nul. On a juste l'impression d'être là pour sortir la carte bancaire. Ça donne envie de jeter son téléphone tellement c'est agaçant.
Je ne recommande absolument pas. Passez votre chemin, ça ne vaut clairement pas le coup.

In my opinion, this app is super useful—both for regular people and for hairstylists. If you're ever unsure what haircut to go for, I really recommend giving this app a try. It's practical, helpful, and totally worth it.
