Bad App and even worse Service
The app is not working at all. Too many apps to use for a simple service.
Never Ending Errors & Slowest Customer Service
I am now about 8 weeks in after I first downloaded the app for my company. The customer service is very slow, they do not respond for days and when I call they can’t help. They say we need to use the chat. Additionally, after finally getting approved, I cannot issue a card because of errors that keep showing up. It was a waste of time. I should have used a bank card.
