Hala not working on my iphone
My internet full bar and is fast but the app is stuck to the open page only please fix hala

Hala app was working, then suddenly got an error. Now it's stuck on the elephant logo and won't load.
Tried restart, uninstall and reinstall but still not working on iPhone iOS 18.
Works fine on Android though. Please fix this.
