Cant update new phone number
This apps cant update new phone number which is only can login with old phone number.I just plan to buy product but there no other way for login to old account 😄. Not friendly apps

This app is horrible. Was asked to make payment through the app, let me just day next time I won’t bother to do so anymore.

Nonsense
Being forced to download the apps although I was here for first trial. Totally waste of my time, also my data and space in my phone and most of all, it spoiled my experience with the company. Suggest the management to relook into the entire customer journey. Don’t go online for the sake to join the band wagon.

useless & wasting time
this apps totally useless. download & make a booking with a center. arrived at center 15 minutes earlier than my booking slot time. and staff at center check & mention didnt have any booking being made. suggested to make another appointment by call. and suggest me to come back another day as the slot for today already full. WTH??? whats the function of this apps if the center doesnt received booking? totally useless & wasting time of your client. wont bother to used this service anymore
