Extremely janky and unreliable.
I appreciate the goal of this app. It is there for people who want to order halal delivery, but unfortunately every time I used this app, I’ve encountered a problem. The app’s delivery tracker does not sync accurately (the order would be delivered and yet the app still says the shop is preparing the order). Some menus include customisation such as toppings that are labelled as ‘optional’, yet you are forced to select an option or else you can’t proceed to checkout, therefore you am forced to pay extra for toppings you don’t want. There is also an extremely heavy use of generative AI, leading to false advertisement and potentially higher refund rates. The app is buggy and crashes when I try to submit a question in the ‘contact support’ section, and there is no way to put delivery instructions, causing confusion. As much as I want to keep using the app for its convenience to finding halal restaurants, I have ended up deleting it due to its unreliability.

Brilliant idea from whoever came up with the plan to create a halal food delivery service software! It’s going to save me a bunch of time partially thanks to the simple layout that shows all different types of foods. May Allah bless you

Honestly one of the easiest food delivery apps I've used. The app is simple to navigate, everything looks clean and organized, use smooth and simple! Highly recommended!
