Very disappointing experience with Hala Park at Landmark Tower. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, and the management clearly has serious issues. Every time I try to park, even when I’m fully willing to pay, they tell me the parking is “full” and not accepting any more cars. But somehow, the cars behind me are allowed in right after.
This has happened multiple times and it’s honestly very frustrating and unfair. Customers should be treated with respect and consistency, not ignored or treated badly. Definitely needs major improvement in customer service and management.
