So far, it’s a guess at best.
After using this for less than a week, it missed an actual half staff alert for my state and then sent me 13 separate half staff alerts for states I don’t even have selected. Guess I’ll go back to google searching flag status.

Organized. Great features! Lets you chose one or multiple states. You send yourself a test text after your preferences are set up. You can even chose what time of day you receive notifications. Very thought out. One time, low cost fee rocks!!!
Missing States
State of Ohio has a half staff order for the weekend. I checked OHIO but it still shows Full Staff on the app. States don’t seem to work?
UPDATE: The OHIO state’s half-staff notification appeared but it wasn’t until late in the evening well after our sporting event would have needed the info.

Inaccurate
I selected Iowa but it doesn’t show the current status of half-staff for the fallen soldiers.
Missed Immediately
As soon as I downloaded it said no alerts and full staff, while the nation is obviously at half staff

Thanks for your feedback. The app checks official government proclamations to determine when flags should be at half-staff. At the time of your download there was no active nationwide half-staff order issued.
