Update, what update?
I received notification that I should update this application for it to work better. I’ve (tried) updated it and now the app gives me nothing…typical customer service from a Nova Scotia company.

Super Useful
You can just turn on mobile push notifications instead of having to keep an eye on your email for whether the parking ban will be in effect. Super useful app to avoid parking tickets in Halifax winters!

Not updating parking ban in timely manner
I can see on the website the parking ban is being enforced however the app hasn’t updated in 3 days.

Hi there. The city had changed the format of their data so we weren’t able to parse the information correctly to update our app. This is not something that we have control over, but we updated our backend to mitigate this problem. Updates should be instant from now on.
