Update, what update?
I received notification that I should update this application for it to work better. I’ve (tried) updated it and now the app gives me nothing…typical customer service from a Nova Scotia company.

This app is so useful and I just realized that it is not run by the city but an independent developer. While the free version is everything you need. 2.99 per year for the pro version is an easy way to support this valuable app and say thanks.
Super Useful
You can just turn on mobile push notifications instead of having to keep an eye on your email for whether the parking ban will be in effect. Super useful app to avoid parking tickets in Halifax winters!

Not updating parking ban in timely manner
I can see on the website the parking ban is being enforced however the app hasn’t updated in 3 days.
