Hallo Mclesleyvay! We're sorry to hear that you had an issue with your booking. Even though we are a relatively new platform, we do have many users with many successful bookings. We have reviewed our records and see that you have had some successful bookings. We listen to feedback from all users, so we recently launched version 2.0 of our apps with a new booking option to counter the challenge you faced with your booking. We call it the "Booking Request" feature. This feature allows you to make a booking request for a handyman, and all the active qualified Helpers that see your request in their helper app can offer their services to you; then, you can choose the helper you would like from the list of offers. The request is live for 3 hours; if nobody offers their service, you can cancel or resubmit it. Your card is only charged once the booking is marked as completed by both the helper and the customer. This new feature gives you more chances to get the help you need and the flexibility to cancel the booking request! Our team reviewed the most recent booking for a handyman and noticed that you booked a specific helper using our "Direct to helper" booking request instead of a general "Booking Request." We recommend using the Booking Request option in the future if you do not need to book a particular helper. In this case, our community team tried to contact you regarding your booking but could not reach you because of an error in your phone number. Please confirm your contact details in the app or send them to community@hallopr.com so that we can contact you regarding future booking requests. The Hallo team is always here to help!
