How can you put a subscription saying no ads and still have ads. I want my money back

I’ve been using this app for a while now since I’ve found it and I love the Halloween touch it has and I love the amount of coloring page choices .
It has a pretty good amount of Halloween ones and also regular ones as well . Love it 🥰

Purchased a subscription and ads are still ther
I purchased a weekly subscription to see if I’d actually enjoy it yesterday and guess what… my subscription shows active a renewal date but ads are back and all the premium perks are gone. Waste of money.

Don’t add this app! It’s full of adds . The most adds I’ve ever had to deal with in an app. I deleted it off of my phone.

Used to love, now don’t
When I first downloaded last year there were plenty of Halloween pages to color. The last few months has been nothing but religious pages, nothing Halloween related. And the page of the day hasn’t updated since like June. Not fun anymore.
Stopped at June
I enjoy this, but I can’t get any pictures after June 29 2024. Confused.

The religious pictures are WAY out of hand for an-app that’s listed to be a Halloween coloring app. Maybe you should change the name of your app.

I like to listen to my audio books while I color. Unfortunately when I go into your app it turns off my audio book. Can this be fixed? If not I’m going to find a different Halloween coloring app.

I downloaded this for Halloween type images and lately we’ve been getting Christmas/Jesus images. Definitely not what I was looking for.

I love some of the pictures in this coloring app. When I color a picture, it ends up not saving or it won’t load the image. I’m not real please. This is first complaint I have ever done on a game. Just extremely disappointed, irritated, frustrated with this app. Only giving this app ⭐️ nothing more. Fix the problems please.

Technical Issues
I had this app and paid for the add free and after paying $9.99 for a week I was inundated with more adds, I then emailed them and have yet to receive a response. I had to go through my credit card company to get the money back.
More a search
It says in the title that it’s coloring. Lie. Really it’s just a search, not like a color by number. I was so exited to find some Halloween coloring… just so I could be led to my disappointment. It also states that it’s relaxing. I believe this app is the exact opposite. I believe this game has a good idea, but to me it’s just not it.

Bait and switch! It reads for the title.. ‘Halloween Coloring’. NO ITS NOT. It’s just like all other coloring apps! I only wanted Halloween or holiday’s only. Shame on you, course it is an Asian country… they like to lie!!!
