You have to complete level 5 to cash out. This level is supposed to require 3000 matches to win. Except the countdown changes to a percentage and slows down dramatically. You will never win. Don’t waste your time.

Let you pass level five I actually went from being able to pass it and they did not let me. 70% and then I was 30%. I’m not gonna pass it. They’re not it’s a joke. On level 5 I have over $2000 accumulated and I needed a prop and watched all the ads for it and they wouldn’t let me use it. I was too close to winning and they don’t want to pay. It’s a freaking waste of time. Don’t waste yours like I wasted mine

To play the game you have to match three of an item. I persevered to the end of the 5th level. You can NOT finish I was down to the last 3 or 4 lines. But there are not 3 of anything left. No way to contact anyone.
