Not able to use
I did the quiz. Tried to take a picture, it keeps saying error and then i’m not able to access the app or results from my quiz even after paying.

i don’t understand why they don’t just charge you to install the app because you’ll get stuck on a screen and not be able to use the app unless you pay
Good idea but could use some improvements
Overall the app is pretty good, it’s fairly simple and does a pretty spot on analysis of your skin. However there are a couple of things that would be nice to have especially since you pay for a membership. For example being able to adjust your routine that they give you so it actually matches what your using since I have stuff I’m already want to use or the items they “suggested” for me are too expensive sometimes. Also somewhere to report problems on the app or contact them would be nice, since my app has glitched out a little bit recently. I took two stars for these reasons hoping to they’ll look at this review.

You will see no feature at all before paying. Since I didn’t even see the features I wouldn’t pay for it. Delete right away. They might just want to collect your data from the survey, waste of time.
Great App!
I really love this app because it helps me create a skin routine and stick with it. I'm two weeks in and I have noticed some improvements in skin texture but still waiting for noticeable lasting acne improvement. My only complaint is that if you forget to check the box saying you completed your nighttime routine, you can't check it until the following night and so can't take a morning photo. You basically have to skip that day in the app. Even if you do your night routine at 12:01am, you can't check the box. Hopefully they fix this soon!

So it’s okay I love that they curate a routine for you and let you even scan in your own products but I paid for the whole year and it’s not expensive but I’ve been stuck on day two for like four days. All three steps have been checked but it won’t let me go to the next day and now I just feel like I’ve wasted my money 😭

I love this app but if you forget to check your evening routine the night before you can’t check it until the next evening and you can’t progress to the next day
App is poorly designed
I got this app and was super excited- but now I’m a little frustrated. It won’t let you tap outside a specific time lot, so if you miss it or forget to check off your morning routine, you miss a whole day and it won’t count it. Today I went to bed late, and went to hit the checklist, and it says it’s too early to do my night routine- now the day is gone. Hopefully they fix it because this is getting frustrating.

Sounds like a great app but I can’t use it because it’s cost money I hope the developers will think about making a cheaper version or maybe a free one for those of us who are not in the position to be able to pay! I know this is not always possible but they are already getting payed by you downloading the app.

I love the fact that it helps me everything but my only issue is that yes u made the app to make money but use the money on some stuff the point of making a clear skin app is to make sure your customers or users have a clear skin now if u wanna make money then u could send the product to the customers but as a 13 yo im in very DIRE need of clear skin and i thought this would help but i was blocked off at the fact if trying to see my full routines and products. So sorry but 3 stars.

Don’t recommend.
I like the idea of this app and that it tracks and reminds you of skin care, however there are way too many flaws.
1. The subscription is incredibly expensive and honestly not worth it. For the amount of flaws this app has the price of the subscription should be halved (if not even less)..
2. If you forget to click that you did your morning/pm routine it will not let you click later on and you have to wait until the next day (I have missed so many days of progress on the app due to this). So frustrating especially for shift/healthcare workers with odd work hours.
3. You aren’t able to input and keep your own skincare routine, it generates one for you and does not give you the option to modify it. (I do not follow the routine they gave me, I have a prescribed routine from a dermatologist)
4. You can’t click and see your pictures in full. You only see the small comparison pictures and it is hard to see your skin progression from the tiny pictures.
Overall, I am really disappointed in this app and I regret my purchase. I do not find this has helped my skincare at all. You would be better off taking your own daily progress pictures on camera/snapchat.
