This wallet stopped working and a significant amount of money was taken from my account

ERROR 1016 when accessing app support, Says server busy every time I try to buy, sell, swap,or send any crypto; Not good, what happens now. The wallet will accept crypto, but won’t let me do anything else with it. How do I recover my funds???
How to withdraw money
One of my friend use this app and here that this app don’t allow you to transfer or withdraw ur money anyhow. They asked to send large amount of extra money before they allow you to transfer ur money to other wallet. Anybody know about it ?!

It’s very confusing , as it will hold your money and not let you transfer it in anyway , will tell you you don’t have enough to pay there fees, and has no customer service other than discord. If you’re using kucoin learn how to withdrawl another way. Because you will not have use of your money if you put it in here .

So after KuCoin shut down usa users…
I transferred my Usdt on the KuCoin network to the halo wallet. The wallet doesn’t allow you to buy the gas coin (KCS) on the KuCoin network which is required to move it else where. It also doesn’t let you or give the option swap USDT on KuCoin network into standard Usdt. Why would KuCoin make an app that doesn’t even let its own net work function on it. My funds are stuck with no way of obtaining gas token and no way of swapping it.
