CRM is actually organized from chats
My biggest problem was losing track of who talked to me and what they asked. Halper builds the CRM from my WhatsApp and Instagram conversations, so client records don’t disappear in the chat history. It helps me see every thread and next step clearly. After a couple days, I noticed I was responding faster because the context was already captured.

Voice notes feel natural in replies
I was worried automation would sound robotic. Halper instead uses voice notes, and the replies feel closer to how I’d communicate. Clients seem more comfortable hearing a voice than reading instant text. It also handles voice messages from customers and responds in a way that makes sense. I still review important items, but day-to-day is much smoother.
