Not impressed - prepare to be scammed

Problems with this app:

- when starting exam mode, you have to adjust the slider for number of questions extremely slowly, or the action will keep failing

- per default, all modules are selected; you have to make your selection of modules every single time (which means manually deselecting 90% of them)

- the app does not explain the difference between T, E and G modules, so the user doesn’t know if they are studying the correct content

Speaking of content:

- the questions are out of date

- some contain typos

- some contain duplicate answers

- the official question bank is 1000 questions, this app has 900 of them and some of them are not even contained in the official material

So it is basically unusable right now.

The biggest missing feature is flash card mode where the app remembers and repeats questions you keep getting wrong.

I paid $13 for this and found it not worth the money. If these issues were addressed and the flash card feature added, it would be worth a few dollars.

By the way, you can do study questions and test exams for free on the Industry Canada website.

But when I asked for a refund, the true adventure only started! I was given the runaround in a never ending circle of excuses, including denying knowledge that this app exists.

Stay well clear of this business- it’s a fraud.

Hardly works unless you pay $10 to upgrade

You only get to use the 10 question quick review function unless you pay $10 for the in app purchase. Not only that, you only get to use it a few times. I don’t mind charging money for stuff like this, but I do mind that it was advertised as if it was free. That is not the case. Just buy the ARRL app instead, it’s less money for the same functionality.
