Hama hat mich enttäuscht

Lampe zurückgegeben Geld wieder geholt. Dachte der Name sei ein Garant für Qualität. Bezüglich der Integration der Lampe in mein Alexa System zumindest nicht. Ich will mich nicht in dauerschleife ärgern sondern mit minimalem aufwand das produkt benutzen. dann hol ich mir wieder die lampe bei amazon die ging sofort

I have iphone and i cant add device in the app. The menu that opens is not the one with the wifi devices it is the one that has the app permisions…

Neueinrichtung nach Umzug nicht möglich

Die Einrichtung war vor 2 Jahren schon ein Horror…. Jetzt bedingt durch Umzug neues Netz etc…
Sirium wird nicht mal mehr aufgeführt in den Netzwerken… Falls jemand ernsthaft von Hama das alles lesen sollte.. Schämt Euch für diesen absolut miesen Kundenservice.. Hauptsache Kohle..
