Nice idea but
Using it for new FT8 countries. So far every spot is a garbage callsign. It would be nice if the app checked against the QRZ database and indicated whether the call was found or not
Not so great on iPhone
If setting the triggers worked on other things besides call signs, it would be a great app. When I try and add a US park reference as a trigger, the screen will freeze with the only useable option being “Done” which saves nothing preventing you from ever being allowed to get alerts for any parks while using the iPhone. The only thing I can save are call signs and nothing else. I tried multiple times, at different orientations, but all of the entry fields will freeze after I enter a park number.

Set up a simple query. One call, POTA. Call sign active a number of times. No alter!
It works
I needed 5 states to finish WAS-RTTY. It alerted all 5 last night during a RTTY contest. Worked 4 of them. Still need AK.

I am using the app for two weeks now.
So far it’s working perfectly and it’s highly adaptable to your exact need.
Filters are extensively usable. Really great to find the missing spot.
What I absolutely not like is the so icon!
It’s just silly. I understand the similarity between ham operator and the food, though.
But why not just a decent icon??

Klappt 1a. Man bekommt Push Benachrichtigung für eingestellte Trigger. Stundenweise Stummschaltung einzelner Rufzeichen einfach möglich.

Hervorragende App, ist bei mir ständig im Einsatz, wenn ich nach QRS-QSOs suche. Ich habe Ham Alert auch mit RUMLogNG verknüpft - funktioniert prima.
Not user friendly
Font is way too small for old eyes, it constantly asks to download the app when I am entering through the app. It appears to bring me to the website and not the app view. I have uninstalled it and will retry but so far disappointed after hearing rave reviews.

Can’t register
Keeps kicking me off the registration page. Repeatedly tells me I have incorrectly entered a field. It tells me I have answered the question wrong when any ham knows that answer. Also claims I entered my Callsign wrong. I tried lower case and capital letters. Also didn’t like my password. Overall very frustrating.

Been looking 10 yrs for this app
This is the ham app I’ve been looking for since I got my license. Syncs with clublog to identify your unconfirmed entities and notifies when they are spotted. Works perfectly and has already resulted in 2 additional ATNO’s.
HamAlert Stopped Working
The HamAlert app has suddenly stopped working on my iOS mobile devices (iPhone, iPad). Moreover, the developer’s website is not responsive. Hopefully, this is just a temporary glitch.
