App is very easy to use. All my bookings have showed up on time. All had clan card and friendly drivers. Fair prices too.

Easy to use & cheaper than Uber
If I had of known using the app would be this easy, I never would have used Uber. It is cheaper than Uber and my driver had driven in Hamilton for over 15 years, so he knew a short cut.
Slow app. deleted immediately
Needed a quick ride so I downloaded the app. It asked for my mobile number then started loading the spinny wheel for like 5-10 mins. Same thing on my friends phone. Deleted immediately
Frustrated
It makes no sense why your app offers Apple Pay as a payment method when it’s not supported. I have credit card set as default and app still tries to use Apple Pay! Remove Apple Pay if it can’t be used. So frustrating!

Prices are cheaper just download the app won’t regret it.
Can’t redownload app
Can’t redownload the app and log in. Makes you create a profile and then when you enter your email it says the account already exists but doesn’t let you sign in. Guess I can’t use this app anymore

Please just turn over Uber and Lyft to Hamilton Taxis!
Bad service
I booked grab from app. They charged 18$ fees. But drivers after dropped me he charged 21$. He told me don’t play with him. I used this app over 10 times but all Indian drivers cheated me like that. I tried to send feedback to company but it didn’t work. I don’t know what’s happened.

Drivers are getting out of control
I have used cabs rather than Uber for a long time. Lately, they have been getting attitude for not paying with cash or using the app to book. I'm going to have to figure out a new way to get around if this keeps up. I would like to support a local business, but not if the drivers are going to have an attitude.

DONT USE
I was stranded in the middle of nowhere and they canceled my ride because they thought I couldn’t pay? I was drunk and didn’t know what to do and my phone was going to die, they kept saying they don’t have Apple Pay but they do Apple Pay, Apple Pay is literally like tap on a debit card .i was stranded in the cold drunk for 3hrs because they thought I couldn’t pay and I will no longer use their service because

Stop using app
This app does not give you any discount when you compare to trips with no apps. I used Hamilton cab through covid to get to work on time. I used my girlfriends credit card once when I left my wallet. The have charged her for $200 trips when I was on vacation. Cab drivers are always complaining about using debit when I did pay as well. Drivers ignore directions if the way you say is faster. And ALL THEIR DRIVERS TALK ON THE PHONE.

Unreliable, always late, and horrible service. Over 20 minutes ride request “in dispatch”. Cancelled and used Uber ✌🏻

New update
I used to be able to book my cab then pay in car on debit since my debit card is not a debit/visa.ever since the update I can’t book a cab anymore on the app,I have to call in and I’m not entitled to the discount or tracking....please but back “pay in car” option
