Useless
There’s better library apps that can use your library card for access. The one feature that this could provide over those does not currently function, the online registration.
As of 5/20/23 the “register online” button only opens a “coming soon” pop up. That is the only reason I wanted the app.
So I guess those other apps will have to wait as well as my location is not open

Needs improvement
I am so proud of our community and the innovative public library has. They have made strides with ignite area and making the library a hub for community engagement. But this app is not reflective of the innovation and tech savvy of this library AT ALL. Clunky in use, slow, the search function leaves much to be desired. It would be great to be able to search events through the app as well. I hope with all the changes the library is doing, an app upgrade is somewhere on that list.

Thank you for updating the app. This app is so handy! I use my library card in the library to check out books and can place holds or renew my checkouts from the app. One of my most frequently used apps!
Not impressed
Got the app because for whatever reason I could not log onto my account through the website (a common problem). I want to see where I am in queue for books I have in hold. App did not have that information.

I didn’t have any trouble setting up or linking my account. I can now checkout using the barcode on my phone and even self checkout through the app.
Broken
Card registration doesn't work - linking my card to place holds, renew checkouts, etc. was the reason I downloaded, so the app is IMO useless until this is fixed.
Originally excitedbut disappointed
The app was poorly designed so that you cannot click the validate button to link your account. As soon as you touch the barcode or pin field it is impossible to have the keyboard disappear or minimize to press validate. Was there no user testing before publishing to the app store?
Can’t register my library card
After typing in my library card# and PIN, when I press done, my keyboard will not disappear, therefore I cannot press the Validate button. This needs to fixed. I am using an iPhone 8, iOS 12.1.4.
Lovely idea but...
I am so excited there is an app now! I’ve been waiting for this!!! However, no matter what I try it won’t let me create my account. I type in my library card and pin and then hit “done” but absolutely nothing happens. Super disappointed. Please fix!
