App is ok if/when it works…
About half the time I try to get on the app to view my info, I get errors and can’t log in. And then you have to change your password all the time… I’m about to pull all of my money from Hamlin and go to another bank with a more RELIABLE online system.

THE ONLINE BANKING APP IS SO BAD IT NEVER WORKS
BEEN TRYING TO GET MY ONLINE BANKING TO WORK FOR AWHILE NOW.. AND NOW THAT I GET MY DP I WANNA CHECK MY ACCOUNT MORE OFTEN I CANT EVEN CHECK AND IT DRIVES ME INSANE DONT ATTEMPT TO USE WONT WORK EVEN WITH THE BEST TECHNOLOGY STILL DONT WORK
The app
I do not like having to change my password every 2-3 months especially when I use my face to unlock it and then you try to go and change it it will not let you change it im over it other than that I do not have a problem with the app
Unreliable and inconsistent service
App rarely works, and online services are a unreliable. DO NOT depend on app to check banking
Need new web developers
The app works great, but their online services go down for weeks at a time at least once a month.
