How about something like "Feedback from an Experienced Hammer Racer 3D Player"? This title lets the developers know that you've been playing the game for a while, so your feedback comes from a place of experience and investment in the game.

The game is very simple but fun. Though no limit on hammer length is probably the best part. So please don’t cap that.
