I use this app for work and everything works great. Except the picture sending feature. We need to be able to send more than one photo at a time. It’s a real pain.

I LOVE handlr! I switched both my pet sitting businesses to it and it has made our office work go from about 25-30 hours a week pre handlr to about 5-8 hours a week post handlr. The automatic billing is a life saver, I had a few clients who were not easy to get timely payment from and this took care of that. It’s super easy and convenient for my team, management, and customers. It’s gotten us much more organized, it used to take several apps and programs to insure things were running smoothly, now we just have the one!

When using for work..
I use this as a worker of a Dog walking/Pet sitting business. I would love to see some things function differently. I love the app but what I would like to see are some things like. Larger text, notifications even when the app isn’t open or running in the background, the address to show without having to click the location button, I’d love an option to be added where I could see the hours I’m scheduled along with what appointments I have that day, the option to delete old conversations would be nice, when I get a notification for a conversation it doesn’t let me know which thread it’s on and it doesn’t reflect the newest message, a larger text box when in conversations would be nice, I’d like the ability to update my own profile picture right now I have to submit a pic to an admin and can’t update my own profile at all, conversations take a long time to load. I’m sure there’s more but that’s all I can think of. The app is great but could just use more updates! In time it will probably be the best out there. I wish I could get a combo of scout and Handlr in one!

Helped my business grow!
This has become a phenomenal product that saved my personal life! As an owner of a dog walking/pet sitting business that was growing exponentially my sanity was diminishing until I partnered my business with Handlr. It allowed me to manage my employees and easily ensure quality assurance for a company that heavily relies on word of mouth. My clients love their version of the app and scheduling/payment through it. Though sometimes booking repeat appointments for multiple days is tedious for them. For the team app my only issues are that the marketing from nearby business hasn't yet happened since I am one of the first in my area. As well, the editing of an overnight appointment is difficult. In addition, the payment process is finicky for my business. I charge per service, so a client that wants a 15 minute walk for their pets and books them will get charged twice. The only option to correct this was to adjust their price in half, then when they book both their pets they will be charged the correct price. However, when a client books differently and only books one of them this can cause a huge accounting error that can be easily overlooked. This has costed me some profit loss. Overall, I highly recommend this management app for a business. It has given me the possibility to expand my business while keeping my personal life and gives me a professional edge over the competition by putting everything in one place!
