Handover+ Homeowner

Everything about your new home, in one place, from the day you get the keys. Handover+ is the digital record your builder hands over instead of a folder of paperwork. Every appliance, fixture, finish and paint colour documented, with the manuals, warranties and care instructions attached to each one. It stays with the property, for good. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE • Property information: the full specification of your home • Features and finishes • Documents and warranties, without hunting through a drawer • Photographic records from the build and the handover NEVER MISS MAINTENANCE • Schedules built around what is actually installed in your home • Reminders that arrive before something becomes a problem • Clear instructions for each task, what to do, and how often • Log what you've done and build a service history over time LEARN AS YOU GO • An education hub explaining how your home works • Guidance on what's wear and tear and what isn't • Answers to the questions most new homeowners have, before you need to ask REPORT AN ISSUE PROPERLY • Report an issue with photos, linked to the exact feature • Follow the conversation with your builder in a single thread • See the outcome and the reason it was recorded KNOW WHO TO CALL • Your builder and every trade who worked on the home, in one directory • Tap to call or email, straight from the app WORTH KEEPING The record belongs to the property, not just to you. When you sell, the next owner inherits a complete documented history, no lost manuals, no guesswork. GETTING STARTED Your builder will send you an invitation when your home is ready for handover. Sign in with that invitation to open your property.
