Нельзя отменить подписку

Это платное приложение. Как везде, при оформлении подписки было указано, что ее можно отменить. Но это не так. Я воспользовалась бесплатным периодом, после бесплатного периода с моего счёта были списаны деньги (ожидаемо, я давала на это согласие). Но позже, когда я наигралась в приложение, подписку отменить не удалось. Пришлось писать в тех поддержку Apple. Неприятно удивлена по 2 причинам, в AppStore теперь можно напороться на мошенническое приложение? Игра понравилась, но тк нельзя отменить подписку, я ею пользоваться не буду (кстати, а подписка очень недешевая), интересно это просто баг или преднамеренная «фишка» приложения?!
