Fraud
I couldn’t book Direct Car because there was no available cars so I used this Handsome cars app they sent me a message that the estimated fare for the booking I made was £7.80 but they took £11.70. So it’s a fraud, if you don’t have any option take the bus instead.

Take on bookings and can’t get cars out in the time requested.
The App takes payment when there are no cars available and you have to wait 3 days for it to be refunded, if it gets refunded!

If you ask for manager or finical department they say they are not here call again every time
Worst thing is every time you travel with them and pay with card they charge you a little more then in receipt like 4.80 bill charged then another transaction for 1+ pound so they take it and if you ask them they said we dont know
Better avoid and use other services like direct cars or uber(very professional business persons) you will have to pay there a little more but everthing is so nice.

Can’t book any time slot at all, tried a complete hour range and no taxi ever available. Don’t bother
App doesn’t even work for me
The app doesn’t even work keeps saying all the time slot is taken but when I ring up I am able to prebook one good thing for me it cheaper to use handsome cabs to work then discount cabs.

Just Don’t!
Don’t get this app in fact don’t use their cabs at all. If you need to get to an appointment or a booked restaurant they’ll let you down and not even tell you. I had a van booked through the app 4 hours before it was required. I got a text confirming it was booked. It didn’t turn up surprise surprise. When I called to find out where it was she said oh we cancelled it because we’re busy!!! What business does this and doesn’t even have the decency to tell you?? I got a Direct Cars Cab who arrived 10 mins later. Honestly if you want a decent service to get you to your destination book Direct Cars not these cowboys. Zero respect from me I’ve made sure everyone on Facebook knows how bad you are!!

Before it kept crashing but have just made a successful booking with a text confirmation so fingers crossed it stays that way.

App is good but you are only able to book from one place to another it would be useful if you could add more
Fraudulent App
Takes money from your card without warning during sign-up process but never saves card. So you continue to try to add a card to the account and just takes more and more money from you. Serious bug, seriously flawed and verging on fraudulent.
