Problem Solved
I've been using this app for a few years, and while it was frustrating due to frequent logouts, I kept putting up with it.
However, it looks like that issue has been resolved, as I haven't had to log in for at least 1 to 2 weeks now. This improvement has made the app much easier to use, and I'm very happy with it now

App no longer works
App no longer works??? Have been using for the last 12 months, but now the app won’t stay open, shuts down within a couple of seconds.
Functional
The app does the job but could be improved for a better user experience . For those that were asking, the Parameter Settings password is 066. Don’t change any value that you don’t fully understand.
Password required to access Parameter Settings
The app constantly crashes / logs me out and a password is required to access the parameter settings. However, the password appears to be pre-set and there's no way to find out what it is. Therefore I cannot access the parameter settings, which is a major issue

When it works, App is ok and does what is designed HOWEVER, it frequently logs you out for no reason and will not log in until the app has been forced closed.
It also randomly disconnects itself from the unit and requires you to reconnect it to the wifi controller. This doesn’t sound like a big deal, but you have to be physically next to the unit to reset it and then re-bind it. This is a pain if the wifi unit is not easily accessible.
Would not recommend either, however there aren’t many alternatives as a Pentair customer.

Frustrating AF
Need to constantly re-login to the app.
If power goes out you need to resync the heater to the app (which takes fricken ages).
Only using it because it’s the only app that works with the Henden Heat Pump.
Useless.

Logs out and goes offline continuously. Great idea if it actually worked.

Logs out and goes offline continually. Also text is too pale. Needs to be bold. Difficult to read without glasses. Look at InverGo app and follow suit. It’s much better.

The idea is ok, but…. I have needed to continually log back into the app as it times out for no valid reason. Keep the user logged in.
It periodically takes it self offline and is unusable. These should be simple things to fix and the manufacturer needs to resolve these issues before the app is if any use.
Do not recommend until these fixes are in place.

Device bonding failure no good
Heat pump is allways offline
Installed and it worked once than I have reinstalled the app numerous times and re banded the pump to the app numerous times and the app allways says that the pump is offline. It’s very annoying and really not up to standard. Don’t bother
Works good for me
I have been using this app now for a number of weeks and it has been working for me just fine. One slight annoyance is that there is a password to go into the Parameters settings, that I didn’t set, and can’t figure it out.
Otherwise, I can turn my heat pump on and off, see target temps, set temps, set timers. It’s working great
Just thought I would share as there is only negative reviews that don’t reflect my experience.

Handy
Great addition for the heat pump.
App doesn’t work
The app allows you to login. However, when you select your heat pump it crashes and closes down. Not sure how I am going to access my heat pump’s controls electronically now..

Won’t connect to heat pump
App Crashing
App opens, when selecting the heat pump device the app opens to device window and crashes immediately (i.e. app completely closes).
Won’t connect
No contact for help. App crashes, reloaded, now won’t reconnect to device.
