Been trying to reach customer support for almost a month. No response also. No place to contact them.

Please listen to negative reviews. They are telling the truth. I have been use this almost year, guess what? I was struggling and NOTHING WORKS. It’s time for me to uninstall before it will cost me yearly. This is not working at all. Do not download this app. The tutorial is not clear and it moves too fast to teach us. It is not helpful. My rate is 0, not one.

So i looked online to see a cool widget app called Handy and thought it was cool. But when i downloaded it, it was very…different from what i expected. All the cool wallpapers and widgets costed money to get and i know it was not that much but i really dont want to pay for something that will just take space in my phone. And it’s impossible to actually put on your phone. This is just my opinion. But to anyone like me that actually wants an app that doesnt want money, i feel for you.🥺🥺

Lies about functionality and takes your money
Handy excited me at first but within 15 minutes I realized half the widgets don’t work as advertised and the Dynamic Island widgets don’t work at all so don’t waste your time. I will not take this review down until these problems are addressed. And also Handy does not stop you from accidentally buying the subscription twice.

Don’t install this garbage it’s a scam
When you try to exit out of the membership then a gold egg will pop up and say to open it when you do it will tell you for you to pay once and never pay again I did it and never got my money back not just that it doesn’t work for anything in the app they are scammers stay away !!!!
Predatory Monetization
Core idea is good - artists get paid for their designs, neat. Problem is the app feels worse than Temu with its pop up “Just buy now!” “Spin the wheel to get a discount!” absolute nonsense. Its a let down bc the themes are cool, but the way the devs push their subscription model feels disingenuine and scummy. Absolutely avoid this app

Not what you think it is
I wish I could get a refund. If I could I would. The widgets are not what you think it’s gonna be. The icons don’t really work except as book marks. It’s lot of backwards things to get it to work. Not worth the money

Any time you have Handy open itself, it increases my iPhone temperature by a measurable 5 degrees. Burns my battery in an hour, destroys my phone and wastes it down.
Just NEVER have the app open and you’ll be fine. If you open it accidentally, you’re realize in seconds when your phone becomes a nuclear fission device and burns your hand / pocket.
