There are no language options other than German. The app prevents my iphone and browser from automatically filling-in the login details.

Die App ist in allen erdenklichen Dingen nicht nur buggy sondern auch schlecht/kompliziert umgesetzt von der Registrierung schon beginnend - nehmt euch mal ein Beispiel an der Münchner App … viel viel besser gelöst! Parkpreise könnt ihr da am besten auch gleich übernehmen ;) (seit 36 J. ununterbrochen Grün regierte Stadt btw)

Man kann fürs Parken bezahlen….unbequem, wie in der sms Zeit. Es ist keine native App, man muss sim immer erneut anmelden. Aufladung mit Paybox, was man als ausländischer Besucher nicht nutzen kann. Gut, dass es EasyPark gibt.
Unbrauchbar für Touristen
Minimalaufladung ist 10 Stunden für 34 €. Wenn ich gerade mal 1 Stunde irgendwo parken will, ist das völlig übertrieben. Ohne geht es aber irgendwie auch nicht? Nirgendwo steht ob und wie man sein Geld zurückbekommt, wenn man Wien wieder verlässt. Schlechteres habe ich nie gesehen.

Worst parking app ever!
Like most things in Austria, it's strictly in German, moreover, it is impossible to get text verified unless you have local mobile number which is not suitable for tourists.

This is 2026, one should be able to do everything with one click - Apple Pay, credit login etc. Oh, and one must prepay for 10 hours minimum. This app looks like it was designed a decade ago. Just switch to EasyPark already.

It is really a joke that you can’t use this with a foreign number. What else do I have to do to pay like a normal person in the 21st century.

Waste of time if you don't have Austrian mobile
It failed to send the registration SMS to my Slovak phone. When you Google Handyparken it says it's a common problem, the SMSs don't often arrive for foreign numbers. Very poor for 2026.
