Purchasing a device for nearly 1000€ and then having this application which is not working where the explanations are really awful and user interface is absolutely useless
It’s really bad!
Support is not answering my questions because I don’t get the confirmation email to be able to use the App!!
There is no explanation or guidance at all how to use DERMLITE HANDYSCOPE with this app and with my iPhone!
The only online available explanation is confusing and does not help how to install the camera on the iPhone!!
What can I do now? Send back the €800 device to US where I even paid €160 of taxes which I will not get back….

Leider ist diese App unbrauchbar. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich, Benutzerdaten werden nicht akzeptiert. Sehr schade, denn ich kannte die Version die funktionierte und diese war sehr gut.
Nach dem Update keine Funktion mehr!
Nach der Aktualisierung auf die aktuelle Version friert die App im Startbildschirm ein (iPhone XS). Leider unbenutzbar! Bitte schnelle Abhilfe!
Mit V1.2.1 funktioniert die App wieder. Danke!
Leider lassen sich nun aber die Bereits aufgenommenen Daten nicht mehr abrufen.
