i like the watch but the only downside is you can’t message people because it doesn’t really support that feature but overall i like wearing it daily

So, when I got this it worked well, on till it just started spinning and it gets annoying sometimes.
App update
After the latest update the app keeps disconnecting from my watch.
Watch problems
I only had this watch for four months and the battery started dying after eight hours. Now at eight months, I’m having glitching issues where I can’t change the face screen, and there’s a couple other modes that as soon as you click on them, it removes me from the app.
The alarm keeps going off and I don’t know how to shut it off
When I am not in motion, there is an alarm that rings I want to shut that feature off. Please tell me how to do it.

Why doesn't the watch faces app work? If that worked you would get 5 starts. The watch faces I can use are loaded on the watch
User manual non existent plus hot
The watch on the arm is hot, user manual wouldn’t open on the iOS. It could be a decent watch but I don’t need all the stuff on it. Oh well.

This is an ok platform and watch but with the last update I am now having problems with multiple resets of the time and counters on my phone. It also is not automaticly reconnecting like it used to either. I also wish there was more control over the notifications...
Also, the placement of the dial on the watch makes it almost impossible to find an aftermarket screen protector, and I can't afford the ones that Hanfit sells. Also-I have yet to find a charge station that works with the odd charger placement and type... No cordless charging....
Overall, the battery has a nice most of the week charge, display is clear and nicely lit.
Bands are interchangeable with certain aftermarket bands..
No return text available on this model and the the one that does was around $100 more last checked....

Oh well
It’s been two weeks. It started out perfect. Then suddenly the watch stoped loading maps and gave me a memory error. Then all tracks disappeared along with routs. Compay help had me delete the already loaded maps in hopes to free up memory. Now I lost those maps so I have none. They won’t reload. Now it looses time settings. The help center is polite but could not help me. They said sorry and Somebody would send me an email. I haven’t gotten one. Now it sits in a drawer. Wow.

What is expected
Okay. The watch was less than $45. It does better with time and as you use it. GPS does well, download maps. Right now I have a 1,000 Garmin watch that doesn’t work because it’s life expectancy according to their help is only 5 -7 years. So this watch does what it says it will. I feel like the help center treated me better than Garmin did. So it’s worth the try.

Could not connect phone to app after multiple scans of QR code. Will be returning watch

I got the watch I’m February and I connected it to the watch and it worked I was having a problem with the app so I deleted it and reinstalled it and now I can’t get the watch to connect 😠 and now I don’t know if I can ever connect it and might have to download a new app
Finding the controls to set time, I don’t know. ….
The basics of setting the clock from am to pm I don’t know.

I’ve been using this watch since Christmas time. It’s held a great charge.
My main purpose was for tracking sleep, steps and exercise. I also wanted to get text and call notifications. It does a great job with all of those.
