Great venue, but could improve VIP experience
This is our fourth Hangout Festival. We have always enjoyed Super VIP. The shuttles, food, drinks are great. The shuttle drivers are awesome! We have always been pleased with the VIP pools and pavilion until this year. There are far too many people in VIP. One cannot even get to the amenities paid for. There’s only one bar for mixed drinks. Lines are long. Seating on the pavilion is limited. The surf stage doesn’t offer mixed drinks for VIP. And the sliver of viewing area is not great. I would love a VIP pavilion at the surf stage since headliners play it. None of the workers seemed to know anything about where to find the shuttles, stages, etc. Drink prices in GA are obscenely high. 10 for a beer and 24 for a weak mixed drink! Historically artists have started and finished on time. This year, there are late starts, and sound and video issues, especially for the earlier shows. Headliner play times seem short at 1 hour and 15. I’d love to see some more classic rock artists and 80s bands added to the lineup. I love the sponsors this year. Yay Corona!

App is cool and works well but there should be a map of the event grounds in the app.

The app will not stay open. This is a great idea and hope it works before next weekend!!
Crash workaround
It's not convenient but I did not sign in, turned off all notifications and did not allow it to access my location. BUT the app has not crashed once. Good times.

Not only do we have to deal with the schedule not being out with it less than two weeks away..... but now the app doesn't even stay open for more than 5 seconds??? Get it together hangout fest please
Crash Much?
Once you get through the initial account setup phase the app crashes and continues to crash every time you try to launch the app. Try portioning some of the funds you're paying the performers and hire some developers who know how to code.

Crashing like waves...
The app seems super buggy. I open it and it barely stays open 10 seconds and crashes. I've re downloaded it multiple times, trying ONE MORE time. I hope it's fixed before the 18th.

Was working fine then suddenly the App starts crashing after a few seconds every time I try to open it.
