Fist order in a while
I haven’t ordered in a while, I’ve been with Henry since the beginning. Always love the pigments in the eyeshadows, I do miss all the (square) style lip glosses. My favorite was Your Mom, Presidential, Luna, & Orale 🌸✨✨ Please bring them back!

I ordered Oct 2023 still no reply or product
I made an order back in Oct 2023. Make up, shoes and a sweatshirt. Today is March 2024 and still no shoes or sweatshirt. I under that it states that it comes from another outside vendor but if you’re using them they should be accounted for. It also states that those products should be mailed out 4-6 weeks it been over 20 weeks. I’ve emailed customer service and no reply. I spent over $300 that night on everything and I can’t even receive an email back.
