1.9.1

Coming back after a while? Here is everything that landed since 1.6. **Cafe Crawls** Generate a route through cafes near you, then refine it — swap a stop, exclude a cafe for good, and set the mix and shape. Open a saved crawl onto the map, follow the route line, tick off stops as you arrive, and navigate to any stop in Apple Maps. **Events and notifications** An Events directory in Discover with a contributor flow, upcoming events on Home, and push notifications with a toggle in Settings. **A rebuilt Coffee Directory** Redesigned bean and seller pages, bean photos, single-vs-blend origins, filters with real drill-in pickers, and one Contribute hub for adding a cafe, a bean or an event. Cafe verification is inline. **Logging, start to finish** Photo first, then the cafe, then the drink by name, then the rating — no drink-type quiz. Editing a log is one focused screen, not a replay of the wizard. **Home brew, and Home-Brewed Matcha** Pick a bag off your shelf, scan the label, dial grind, dose and bloom on the brew deck, and get a receipt-style stamp. Matcha logs the same way — tins get their own shelf, the whisk deck sits beside the brew deck, and a bowl gets a receipt with grams, water, temperature and whisk. **Recipes that stick** Grind, dose, ratio and time save with the log, and partial recipes are welcome. Your grinder's scale travels with the log, so the clicks you dialled in stay dialled in. **Scan the bag, keep the bean** Point at a bag and the bean details fill in — name, roaster, roast level, process — with the scan shown in the hero so you can check it. Scan from a photo you already took, or the camera. **Your log, redesigned** Your cups and your friends' open into the same detail page, with a taste radar you can layer the cafe's average, your own 90-day palate, or a friend's cup over. Stamps, notes, beans, photos and comments in one place. **A Home that reads like your week** A stream woven from what you've been drinking, what's brewing near you, and where to go next. It paints from what's already on your phone instead of holding a skeleton. **A map that behaves** Filters can no longer return an empty screen, a pin key explains every marker, drink glyphs sit on the pins, and pin handling was rebuilt — a tap opens the cafe, a hold peeks, and dragging or pinching pans and zooms. Cold launch frames your neighbourhood. **Passport and profiles** A collectible identity hero, cards that say what they counted and over what timeframe, and totals that stop drifting. Other people's profiles gained a paper nameplate, a journal-style activity feed and mutual followers. Export 9:16 story cards from Passport. **On iPhone specifically** Siri shortcuts and Spotlight search, a home-screen widget and an iOS 18 control, and Liquid Glass on the floating chrome. **And throughout** A new type scale, drawn icons in place of glyph characters, a rebalanced star ladder where 3 reads as decent, one honest offline bar in place of five different treatments, and a first-run setup that asks your goals and gets you started. Happy sipping!
