Terrible care for pets
If you only have well checks and a healthy pet, this is a decent but expensive insurance. However if your pet needs an orthopedic consultation recommended by their own vet, you not only will need to pay for it, and possibly surgery for a tear tendon, but they won’t get you an appointment either.
Two weeks and still waiting for someone to call me back, and I call everyday. Be aware of those insurance, do your research, not the care that your pet deserves.

Does not sync
This app does not sync with my existing Hannah account. I have tried to send messages though the app asking for help and all I get is another message saying “sorry, it can’t be sent at this time” I’ve tried calling and was told they don’t know who to talk with since they don’t deal with the app.
Not sure what to do but for me, it’s a dead end app.
