Zur Übersicht und in Notfällen gut

Um eine Filiale in meiner Nähe zu finden ist die App gut.
Auch kann ich den Notdienst rufen, wenn etwas defekt ist und ich sofort Hilfe brauche.

Die X-CODE Verwaltung ist in einer anderen App realisiert worden, was soweit ganz gut ist. Eine Überleitung aus dieser App zu der anderen wäre aber auch nicht schlecht…

Sehr gut, aber...

Prinzipiell eine sehr gute App mit einigen Wünschen:
Ich möchte in der App einen Zugang zu MyHANSAFLEX. Zudem wünsche ich mir eine Layout-Anpassung auf iPhone 12 etc.

Durch eine Schüttel-Funktion möchte ich gerne den Telefonsupport zur nächstgelegenen Niederlassung oder alternativ zum FLEXXPRESS-Fahrer.

Ein Scanner für den X-Code fänd ich auch super. So kann man die Schlauchleitung direkt beim nächstgelegenen Hansa-Flex bestellen und abholen.

Fazit: Die App braucht ein Update. ☺️

Hilfreich bei Standortsuche

Die Standortsuche ist hilfreich, aber das war es an sich auch schon mit der App. Es gibt keinen Katalog, eine Auflistung der Leistungen und Produkte als reine Info ist absolut unwichtig und bringt beim Einsatz vor Ort nicht weiter.
Man sollte sämtliche Produkte aufnehmen und eine Anbindung an die x-Code-Datenbank implementieren.
