Als Anwender kann man nicht einmal die Reihenfolge der Modi ändern. Die App ist wohl von Leuten ohne Hörgerät entwickelt worden

Autant que sur mon ancien Samsung je n’avais pas de problème à utiliser les prothèses comme oreillettes BT autant qu’avec l’iPhone cela ne fonctionne pas
Unglaublich schlecht
Seit dem letzten Update, vor ca. drei Wochen bin ich täglich damit beschäftigt, meine Hörgeräte zu Entkoppeln, die App zu Löschen, mein Handy runterzufahren und anschließend wieder zu starten. Danach lade ich die App neu aus dem AppStore um dann nach ca. 4 Stunden festzustellen, daß meine Aktion umsonst war. Ohne diese App machen meine Hörgeräte was sie wollen. Das heißt, sie sind für mich absolut unbrauchbar. Ich gebe Hansaton noch eine minimalistische Chance: Ihr Lieben, strengt euch an, gebt alles, damit ich meine, also eigentlich Eure Hörgeräte wieder voll umfänglich nutzen kann, wir vor ein paar Wochen noch.

Lautstärke nicht einstellbar, kein MfI
Die individuell eingestellte Lautstärke springt nach kurzer Zeit auf den Standard zurück, damit ist die App kaum zu gebrauchen. Versprochen wird Apple MfI Unterstützung, doch werden die Hörgeräte nicht erkannt:-(
Mein Tipp: Anderen Hersteller wählen, dessen App eine Unterstützung und keine Hürde darstellt.

Yep. Really terrible
Have spent hours trying to get this very simplistic app working. Sometimes it recognizes my hearing aids, but mostly not. When it does recognize them, it forgets them when I put my iPhone asleep.

Terrible App
I have the iPhone X s Max and it’s not an old phone. It will not pair with the Clara hearing aids that I just purchased. I tried all day long and even called support the next day and they could not figure it out either. So I guess I just can’t use this app at all. Also the other app for my remote will not pair. Same exact problem. I have the uStream remote and have no way of using either of these apps. I do like the hearing aids, but I’d love to have the extra control options that suppose to come with these two apps that I absolutely cannot use. For that I give my lowest rating allowed.
