Scam - almost a month and no card
They will let you rip or open as many boxes as you like and then when you get a card you want to ship to you it’ll take weeks and then they’ll tell you that they don’t have the card and to contact customer service within 3 days like its your responsibility to figure this out instead of them having customer service contact you. Would not ever use the app again. I spent the astronomical $20 to ship a card on 24 days ago and still have not gotten anything.

Item will not arrive and you will lose everything.
I had an item take a month to be shipped just for it to be “delivered” to the wrong place (an address they could not provide) and told me that I had to contact the seller and shipping company because they put in the wrong address. Genuine scam. Please do not waste your money.
Trash - Can’t withdraw funds
Purchased the NFL slab box 5 times, hit Justin Jefferson Prizm Black RC 4 times 🤣 possibly the worst “mystery box” option available. There is no option to withdraw funds. The only option is sell back, or ship the card. App is clunky. Would recommend literally any other app.

STOLEN MONEY AND NO CARD
I won a gengar PSA 9 and I don’t think they expected me to win on a 2 dollar box or whatever it was so they took a month just to get to the processing part of it just to message me and tell me they can’t get the card and to send them a card or equal or greater value and I did and they still haven’t sent me anything and kept my shipping money, they sent me credits which there’s no way I’d win a rare box like that again so they stole my money and never sent me my card

They don’t even have the items to ship in the extreme small chances you don’t get a key chain they preach that it’s provably fair it’s a scam they won’t let you withdraw your money when they don’t have the items to ship it’s definitely a fraudulent app
Be cautious
While you can deposit cash and buy boxes with reasonable prizes, you can only ship items one at a time not in a bundle. You also cannot withdraw cash from your balance. For me this is a huge inconvenience and I would advise you to use a different app or website.

Customer service and quality
I was opening a fair amount of boxes and winning decent stuff so I had most of it shipped. During the whole FIFA ‘26 so there was a lot of orders and traffic going through. I contacted the vip support and Christina and the rest of the team were so helpful, they got back to me in about a day or two three at the very max and said which ones were out of stock or accounted for earlier then mine. So I can’t explain how awesome the customer support is cause I was looking forward to a new thing winning randomized things, then this happened, so they added up all the stuff that was not there and the first one was only 2 or 3 things let me go to eBay and pick stuff out send them the cart link and they will pay for it. Then I had like 12 packages out of stock they added up the cost(not the return to store cost) the actual value of items and I got to get whatever I wanted and this one was amazing. They helped me out and there very quick now to get back to you and come up with a solution, they even got me a free one box. Christina is the main one that helped me and she was amazing, I give this app and support and products and quality 5 stars I even told them cause they said NGC was out so I gave them the trusted names in the coin industry NGC and PCGS along with one other are THE ones dealers and collects alike support and trust there judgement. So now it’s been even better cause it’s allot easier for them to find them when I do the coin ones. This is the first box app I’ve tried and used and now will be the only one, Thank You so much!!!

This game is such a joke you spend a bunch of money to give VIP and then you get treated like poo these people want you to keep spending money over and over just to keep Good VIP service but once you quit spending money on a daily basis, your VIP service runs out. You have to use these stupid coins and then when you do get enough to open a box it’s a penny, save your money! Quite honestly, this should just be removed. From the App Store and Apple shouldn’t let them treat people this way..

You cannot withdraw any money on the app. And for the items you win you’re charged a ridiculous fee if you want them shipped to you. For example I hit PSA 10 worth around $110 and the box costed $15 and to get it shipped cost $70. What a joke. It’s designed so you never get the items and just keep spending money!

I won a Pokemon 151 set was so happy, had to pay an extra 40 just for shipping. Then they decide to get it from Australia ( other side of the world). Means I was waiting about a month for it to arrive, next thing I get a customs slip through my door saying I owe £56!!! When I brought it up to them their AI just said “sorry it is in our T&Cs we don’t cover customs” IT SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ORDERED FROM AUSTRALIA IN THE FIRST PLACE!
